As owners, we like to involve our pets in the Easter celebrations. The chocolate rabbit and the chocolate eggs are banned as many of the traditional Easter foods contain ingredients that are not are harmful to our dog's health. So let's make a special cake for our four-legged friend so he doesn't miss out on the goodies!

Easter carrot cake for dogs

As you can see in the video above, the ingredients for this recipe:

• 100 g grated carrots
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 45 ml water
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 80 g oat or wheat flour
• For the cream, cream cheese and a pinch of cinnamon

Mix the ingredients for the dough and bake in a small cake tin at 190 degrees for half an hour. When cool, cut in half and spread with cheese. Put some of the cream on top, garnish with grated carrots and your dog is ready to eat the carrot cake.
